SkinYoga | Natural Beauty to Balance Your Mind and Body

SkinYoga who was founded by three sisters has brought their newest member of their skincare range to the UK. The 100% natural skin care is fragrance-free, preservative-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.

I had the chance to try two of the products in the range, the Coffee Scrub and the Sandalwood Saffron Face Mask.  Both ingredients are dry, as are all the skincare products in the SkinYoga range. To activate the ingredients within the product you only need to add a little water.

Coffee Scrub for Cellulite and Stretch Marks

The coffee scrub is an excellent exfoliator for the body, with added oils and ground coffee this scrub soothes tired skin and moisturises your skin to leave it soft and supple.

To use the coffee scrub you take a handful of the mixture and apply to wet skin while in the shower. Scrub your body for 5-7 minutes then rinse. Continue with your shower as normal.

Sandalwood Saffron Face Mask

This mask is ideal for anti-ageing and hydration. Sandalwood is known for treating the early signs of fine lines and wrinkles, so using it in the face mask will help to reduce wrinkles and dark spots.

The face mask contains natural ingredients that have antioxidants that promote skin regeneration and elasticity. Walnuts help to boost the circulation by bringing oxygen and nutrients to your skin more quickly.

To use the face mask just take a few spoonfuls of the mixture and add a little water to make a paste. apply to your face and neck in an upwards movement and leave around the eyes clear. Leave on for 10-15 minutes then rinse off. Using cool water to finish off the process.
