Look Younger and feel happier within yourself with these tips


Now we all want to look younger, but at what cost. Many people resort to cosmetic surgery to keep themselves looking younger, but I feel there's always a better way to look and feel younger without resorting to going under the knife.

More sleep means fewer illnesses, a good healthy weight (as not sleeping properly makes us gain weight) and clearer skin.

Exercise To Your Own Ability

Not everyone can go to the gym four or five times a week due to having a family to look after, mobility problems or mental health issues. But there are small things you can do at home or in the garden to keep you moving and help you feel better about yourself.

Not many people think of doing this as they tend to keep on wearing the clothes they hate even though they feel crap in them. Get rid of them, don't punish yourself anymore by wearing something that brings you down. Even if you're only left with a few tops and a pair of comfortable jeans you will feel so much better. You can always adopt a capsule wardrobe and have only pieces of clothing that you love to wear.

Drink Plenty Of Water

This is something I'm guilty of not doing enough. But drinking plenty of water has many benefits. Not only does it keep your skin hydrated it helps with the digestion of your food, keeping your bowels regular and making it easier to go.
