Sometimes It's Hard To Be A Woman, But It Can Be Even Harder To Be A Man!

As females don't have the monopoly on having it tough, you know. Yes, we have to deal with cramps and eyebrow plucking. We have to shave our legs and paint our toenails too. As well as look after all those health issues that are specific to being women. But sometimes the men in our lives have to deal with difficult things as well, and it's not often that we realize. Read on to find out more.

Male pattern baldness

Did you know that men can start to lose some of their hair as early as age 20? That is usually due to a condition called male pattern baldness. This is caused by a mix of the man's genes and the amount of hormones that he has in his system. It can show itself as a receding hairline or a growing bald spot on the crown of the head.

The issue here is that when a guys hair goes silver, they get referred to a silver fox. But baldness is associated with being less masculine and sexy. This can be devastating at any age but especially in their 20’s and 30’s. That is what leads a lot of guys to go for hair transplant surgery or use specialized products to try and combat this issue.

Moobs

This is a very sensitive subject. The correct term for this is gynecomastia. It is when a guy has too much tissue around the chest areas which can lead to a feminisation of the chest. It can be caused by being overweight, hormonal issue or a side effect of some drug use.

Dealing with it is pretty difficult on a day to day basis, and it is a hard condition to disguise. Luckily, there are treatments available for this condition like gynecomastia reduction surgery. This can significantly reduce the feminine look of the make chest area, and so give guys back their confidence.

Being teased for using beauty products

Another problem that guys have us girls don't is if they want to look after their skin. No one has a problem with us slapping on the face creams, and toning and cleansing to our heart's content but when a guy does it, they are seen as vain or feminine!

This ridicule, usually from other guys need to stop. As there's really nothing wrong with preventing premature aging and making you sure you look you best!

Being dismissed for crying

They say that the sign of a real man is that he is able to cry. But as many men will testify the reaction to that isn't always as they have hoped. For some people, it can be flustering to see their male friend or printer cry. For others, they see it as a very unmasculine thing to do.

Which must be pretty horrible, because how do you get rid of those negative emotions and just get on with you day, if you can't cry it out? Women are rarely criticized for crying. So in that way we have things a little easier.
