Design Your Own Jewellery With £50 to spend at DIWAH

I was lucky enough to be given the chance to work with DIWAH* by designing a piece of jewellery on their unique website where you can design a piece of bespoke jewellery from scratch and have it hand made and delivered to your door. I would like to tell you about my design purchase and the service received from DIWAH.

Who Are Diwah

Diwah.com are a British Jewellery Design Company based in Newcastle who have developed a unique business of helping you to create a one off piece of jewellery with ethically sourced materials that are handmade by their own design team for you.

They also have a range of jewellery that the design team have already made for you to purchase straight off the shelf, whichever you desire.

Design Process

There are two ways you can design your own piece of jewellery, the first one is where you choose a design that has already been designed from the designers and then you can edit it with different beads or colours or size of pendants whichever you Step two, this is the easier way if you see a design similar to one you would like. The second way of designing is from the beginning;

Step One

Choose a template - there are six different templates to choose from depending on whether you would like a collar type necklace, a pendant necklace or something a little different, the choice is yours.

You can choose between Collar, Princess Pendant, Princess Drop Pendant, Matinee Pendant, Matinee Crescent and Opera Cluster.

Step Two

Choose a collection - this is where you choose between a range of beads and links, there are twelve different collections to choose from, they are Goddess, Romance, Boho, Bold, Candy, Classic, Evening Glam, Pink & Grey, Rebel, Sea Breeze, Tribal and the Urban Collection.

Step Three

Start Designing - this is where the fun starts, if you decide to start from scratch the options are endless you can choose your size of bead, if you want some links, the size of pendant, if you just want a collar or the amount of different colours to use.

My Design

I went through the process and found myself a nice design that I could edit, which cut out all the base work and all I had to do was change colours and beads and decide which fastening I would like, I left the finished necklace for the design team to create and send it out to me when it was finished. Diwah kindly sent me photos of my necklace being created.

I called my necklace "Perfect First Time" and here is my finished necklace, it arrived in about seven days and came packaged with this gorgeous pink box and beautiful card with my designs very own name, a truly luxurious gift. I also have an exclusive code for 30% off of any item purchased at diwah.com, remember to use MUSTBEMYAGE30 if you're placing an order.
