Review | Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer

I received the Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer as a gift from my Daughter at Christmas as I'm always searching for something to cover the dark circles under my eyes.

I have been trying it out for a few weeks now as an alternative to my usual concealer this one is the light shade of the eye concealer.

It works by pulling the lid off and twisting the top Maroon part until the concealer starts to come out slightly on the sponge, It took me a few goes for the concealer to come out initially until I got the hang of it.

Application

After moisturising I normally use my primer then foundation cream then once I have my concealer on the sponge I just rub it around the eye area that needs concealing and blend in before adding my setting powder, this leaves no sign of any dark circles, if you find you have darker under eyes to conceal you can wait until the concealer is dry then add a further application before moving on to the next step.

The concealer comes in a 6.8ml bottle, is of medium thickness in consistency with a slight smell, it covers the area very well with no creasing and is good value for money I feel, the swatch above is for the light shade.

My only problem is that I find the sponge very scratchy on my skin, but that is more than likely due to my skin sensitivities with my Fibromyalgia.

Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer can be purchased for £7.99 at Amazon* and Boots
